Neutral-curing formula that is non-corrosive to metals. Excellent resistance to weathering, moisture, and UV exposure. Outstanding adhesion to most substrates without the need for a primer. Suitable for alkaline substrates such as concrete, mortar, and fiber cement. Maintains permanent flexibility in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +150°C. Easy to apply with excellent tooling characteristics. Ready for application in ambient temperatures from +5°C to +40°C. Non-sag formula for vertical and overhead joints. Solvent-free with minimal shrinkage during curing. Smooth matte finish. Long shelf life up to 18 months.
